Trstenica beach
Trstenica bay is probably the best known beach in the region. It's about 750m long, part pebble, part sand, with shallow entry to the water. Part of Trstenica beach in Orebic is settled close to tall pine trees providing natural shade. There is a beach bar and club just above the beach. Beach is easily accessible by car, bicycle and even a wheelchair. There are couple of free showers and toilletes available for beach visitors. There is plenty paid parking space nearby, and if you're lucky, you may even grab some of the free spots. It's situated at the entrance to Orebic from direction of Dubrovnik/Ston, close walking distance from Orebic center.
Hotel beaches and beaches close to the Orebic marina
If you don't like to drive, and your accommodation is closer to the western part of Orebic, you may like to check out one of the pebble beaches there. Stretching on and off all the way from Hotel Orsan to the west to Orebic sports harbour abd the centre to the east for more than 1.5 km - there are several pebble beaches, along with some concrete decks and some stone parts. Altough some of them are done with hotel guests in mind - all of them are public. There are several bars and restaurants close to these spots (Bacva bar by Grand hotel Orebic, Grand hotel Orebic and Hotel Bellevue bars, Korta restaurant at Hotel Indijan, Bistro Dalmatino close to the port), as well as several parking areas.
... to be continued (we are also preparing complete guide of beaches in Peljesac region along with maps and photographs)...
