Visitors were offered fresh oysters, which are just perfectly ripe at this time of year, but also other shelfish and fish specialties. Also, several Peljesac wineries offered the best Peljesac wines. Good atmosphere was helped by music bands and folclore groups.

If you are into sea food, and you missed this year's event, you should certanly consider visting us next spring. Mali Ston and Ston are towns just few kilometers from where Peljesac meets mainland, some 50 km from Orebić. While Ston is famous for it's fortification walls 5,5 km long, and ancient salt pans still in use, Mali Ston is well known for it's shellfish farms: oysters, but also mussels, and numerous fine restaurants. Definetly places to visit when on vacation in this part of Croatia.
